ORDER PROCESSING TIMES All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at an additional cost). Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.
DISCREET PACKAGING Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, nondescript packaging (such as standard white bubble mailers or boxes) with no mention of “THCa” or “Cannabis” on the outside of the package. The return address will typically list a discreet business name or “Shipping Department.”
NATIONWIDE DELIVERY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE We ship to addresses within the United States where THCa is legally permitted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products they order are legal in their specific local jurisdiction. All shipments include a Notice to Law Enforcement and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to confirm the products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS Due to state-specific regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain states. If your state is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES Call Me THCa ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, primarily via USPS.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES Call Me THCa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
