Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been placed due to our swift processing and shipping procedures. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any reasons. Buyer agrees that they are 21 years of age or older, and have a valid ID which will be requested. Just because you have a different opinion on the quality of flower shipped to you does not entitle you to any refunds, and by shopping with us, you fully agree to these terms.
Our only responsibility is to ship you the items you ordered. If a shipment is marked as delivered by our shipping carriers, we cannot be held responsible for thefts happening once it reaches your destination. We do our best to describe items as best as possible, just because you disagree with the description does not entitle you to any refunds, or exchanges.
